"I gave 5 stars because Danny did a great job straightening things out and I didn’t want to ding him for the issues with the rest of the company. In this process the claims department told me that my car was definitely going to be totaled and then not. This involved me talking with two separate departments wasting time. I then got a message saying I needed to call the repair place and talking with the repair place I needed to talk with State Farm. Again wasting time. I should just have had to talk with one person from the start, not 3 or more. Luckily, after enough grumbling from my side Danny stepped in and pushed claims and the repair place. I only had one day after my rental ran out where I was carless. Not a big issue. Thank you Danny and if anyone from corporate is reading this, please get your claims customer support in order."
